The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, marble countertops, a gas range, and generous counter space for meal prep. Gather around the breakfast bar or the large dining table, then step outside to the private patio to enjoy a meal on the grill or unwind in the crisp mountain air.

The main level includes a luxurious king suite with smart TV and an ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in tile shower. A second queen bedroom on this level also includes a smart TV and easy access to the shared hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. These rooms share a full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The lower level houses the entryway, laundry area with full-sized washer and dryer, and interior access to the garage.
