Boulder Ridge Lodge: Huge Ski-In Home w/ 20 Beds

7 BR, 7.5 BA Private Home – Peak 8 – Ski In – 20 Beds

Please Note: There is ongoing construction on a new building at the base of the Peak 8 ski area near this home. The project involves work occurring Monday through Saturday during daytime hours. The home’s premium design, spacious interiors, and exceptional ski area proximity continue to deliver the elevated experience our guests expect.

Boulder Ridge Lodge was especially designed to host large groups in comfort. Enjoy spacious gathering spaces, soak in the private hot tub, and stretch out on your king size bed – all just steps away from the base of Peak 8. Your group can spend quality time together and still recharge in their own bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

The home has 7.5 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms – with 20 available beds for privacy and flexibility. Bedrooms have their own dedicated bathroom so large groups can enjoy staying together without compromising privacy. Each newly upgraded king size bed can be divided into two twin extra-long beds to accommodate various groups.

The Trygve’s Magic Carpet and Rip’s Ride learning area are 120 meters from the backyard – walk to the chairlift each morning and ski home for lunch! No need to pay for parking or wait for a bus. It takes under ten minutes to walk to the gondola with free rides to Peak 7 and downtown Breckenridge.
