Back Road Bliss - Beautiful Frisco Home

Premium 4 BR, 3.5 BA Home – Nestled in the Woods – Private Hot Tub – Sleeps 10!

Nestled in the tall pines and aspens of Frisco, Colorado, Back Road Bliss is the mountain retreat you’ve been searching for. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and blends classic mountain charm with mountain-modern updates. Surrounded by forest and sweeping mountain views, the home sits directly on Frisco’s recreation path and just steps from local hiking trails, offering a tranquil escape that’s also a short walk or quick drive from downtown. It’s a rare backwoods find that delivers both serenity and convenience.

Step into the main living area, where soaring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace create a warm, inviting space. Gather on the comfortable seating for movie nights on the large Smart TV or simply soak in the natural light and wooded views. Just outside, the rear patio has been thoughtfully transformed into an outdoor oasis with a hot tub, multiple lounging and dining areas, and a gas grill.

The spacious kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from quick snacks to full family dinners, featuring a gas range and ample counter space. A dedicated dining room with large windows offers a welcoming place to gather over meals, while the second living area provides another spot to relax with comfortable seating, Smart TV, gas fireplace, and board games. Upstairs, a loft with a workstation and in-home laundry add extra convenience.

Rest comes easy in four well-appointed bedrooms. The upstairs king master suite features vaulted ceilings, a private patio with seating, mountain views, a gas fireplace, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The upstairs also offers a queen bedroom and bunk room (each with private patios) that share a bathroom, plus another queen bedroom with ensuite bath and patio access. A shared east-facing deck frames mountain views beautifully through the aspens. On the main level, an additional queen master suite includes its own ensuite bath with walk-in shower.

With a thoughtful layout and plenty of space to spread out, this family-friendly home is designed for making memories together. Whether you’re relaxing by the wood fire (wood not provided), soaking in the hot tub after a day on the slopes, or setting out from the doorstep on a hike or bike ride, Back Road Bliss offers the ultimate Frisco experience. Parking includes a one-car garage and space for two additional vehicles outside. Please note: 4x4 or AWD is required in the winter, as the driveway can be steep and icy.
